Use these guides to better understand the features and services available to you in our member portals.

 

For policies underwritten by: MMIC Insurance, Inc., and UMIA Insurance Inc.

You have access to manage your policy information online, risk resources, and client benefits in MyAccount. If new to MyAccount, you will be able to access it upon policy renewal. You will need to log in to Curi Insurance. If you haven’t already created an account, register as a new user.

You may already have access to MyAccount. If you are new, beginning on or after your policy renewal date, you will have access to the MyAccount platform. MyAccount allows you and authorized practice representatives to manage many aspects of your accounts online, including applications, certificates of insurance, and Legacy Fund balances. 

Through your portal, you can:

  • Access/download a COI;
  • View your policy documents;
  • Add or remove a provider via an online application or form;
  • View financial transactions and invoices;
  • Change profile information (address, phone number, email, etc.); and
  • Access additional policy-related information

Note: If this is your first policy with Curi, you will not have access to MyAccount until your policy renewal date. 

 

For policies underwritten by: Medical Mutual Insurance Company of North Carolina and Medical Security Insurance Company.

You will now have access to manage your policy information online, risk resources, and client benefits in PHS. PHS can be accessed upon policy renewal. You will need to log in to Curi Insurance. If you haven’t already created an account, register as a new user. See account set up for easier online premium payments.

Beginning on or after your policy renewal date, you will have access to the Policyholder Services (PHS) platform. PHS allows you and authorized practice representatives to manage many aspects of your accounts online, including applications, certificates of insurance, and Legacy Fund balances. 

Through your portal, you can:

  • Generate a COI;
  • View your policy documents;
  • Add or remove a provider via an online application or form;
  • View financial transactions and invoices;
  • Change profile information (address, phone number, email, etc.); and
  • Access additional policy-related information
