WHAT TYPES OF DUTIES MAY UNLICENSED HEALTHCARE PERSONNEL PERFORM?

Generally, unlicensed personnel are only permitted to perform tasks that are repetitive, recur frequently, and do not require ongoing assessment or decision-making. Unlicensed workers may not independently advise patients or arrange care.
