The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
If your clients opt-out of using these applications, they can continue to use the .pdf versions of our applications.
When the application is e-signed, the application will become read-only and changes will not be allowed.
