In the lead-up to World Mental Health Day on Oct. 10, this webinar discussed self-help strategies, interventions, and resources (including some new Curi resources) to help practice leaders reduce stress and symptoms associated with burnout. The session also explored common cultural barriers and stigmas that influence the willingness for physicians, administrators, and staff to seek care. A recording of the webinar is embedded below. The webinar slides can be accessed here.
