Clark Gaither, MD, FAAP

Dr. Clark Gaither is a physician, author, speaker, and personal coach who helps physicians and professionals overcome burnout. With more than 20 years in family medicine in Goldsboro, NC, he has delivered hundreds of presentations on physician wellness, addiction recovery, and preventive health. Dr. Gaither helped establish a free mobile clinic in Wayne County that now provides care to more than 800 patients monthly. A former Chair and current Compliance Committee member of the NC Physicians Health Program, he was named Family Physician of the Year in 2002 and is a Fellow of the AAFP.

Damian McHugh, MD, FACEP

Dr. Damian McHugh is the Senior Director of Physician Engagement at Curi. In this role, he advises Curi leadership on how the company can best meet the needs of physicians and healthcare teams. Before joining Curi in 2022, Dr. McHugh was a member-owner of the company while practicing full-time as an emergency physician for 21 years in Raleigh. Dr. McHugh earned his medical degree from the Victoria University of Manchester Medical School, England, and pursued postgraduate training and certification in Family Practice and then Emergency Medicine on both sides of the Atlantic, including at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
