On Demand
December 10, 2025
45 minutes

Violence is one of the most serious occupational hazards for healthcare workers today, with OSHA reporting that 75% of workplace violence incidents occur in healthcare settings. Led by industry expert Brian Uridge, this webinar will touch on how healthcare leaders can reduce risk and anxiety by adopting a system-wide, community-based approach to violence prevention—one that recognizes each area, floor, or unit as a unique environment with its own dynamics. This webinar is intended to be a high-level/introduction to practical strategies for building trust, strengthening transparency, training teams, and implementing a community policing-based model that enhances safety, professionalism, and critical incident response.
