WHY IT MATTERS Having a core group of individuals trained in cognitive interviewing will ensure that the organization is ready to promptly respond to an adverse outcome with a consistent, effective, and timely response. DEVELOP A TEAM OF SKILLED INTERVIEWERS Identify individuals to conduct cognitive interviewing and train them accordingly. Select a core group of people to participate in the training sessions.
