Medication error is one of the most frequent allegations brought against Curi’s member physicians. Risk management measures are needed to ensure that each patient receives the right medication, in the right amount, at the right time. In addition, you must carefully monitor patients taking high-risk medications, such as anticoagulants, to ensure medication safety and effectiveness.
