The Role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and motivated individual to join our Marketing department as Director, Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing communications, branding, and promotions in support of Curi Insurance, a business unit of Curi Holdings.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee/execute all related external marketing strategies in support of Curi Insurance
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Member Services, and Marketing & Communications departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract and retain customers and inform employees
  • Use various brand strategies, creative approaches, marketing channels, and campaigns to promote value propositions and create demand for Curi Insurance products and services
  • Plan for necessary research, audience segmentation, and creative testing as needed to achieve desired results
  • Help achieve stated business goals and desired results within allocated budget
  • Plan, manage and be directly responsible for enterprise-wide digital marketing/media strategy
  • Develop and own enterprise-wide lead generation/nurture strategy
  • Co-lead marketing technology operations with department leader

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum five years of senior marketing management experience required

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Two years of Director-level experience in a corporate setting
  • People management experience
  • B2B, insurance experience
