The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical leader to guide the development of Curi Advisory and drive strategic relationships with Curi members and partners. Reporting to the CEO, Curi Holdings, you will be responsible for establishing and growing Curi Advisory, including but not limited to: establishing the growth strategy for Curi Advisory; guiding the development of Curi Advisory’s portfolio of offerings; driving C-level and strategic relationships with Curi members, partners, and internal leadership team; and establishing and executing joint go-to-market plans and solutions nationally. You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Advisory solutions by establishing and growing external business opportunities and Curi Advisory’s internal leadership and technical expertise.


  • Provide significant contribution to the development and growth of Curi Advisory’s platform offerings and talent, include development of a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy in collaboration with the Curi Holdings CEO, senior leadership, and the board of directors
  • Leverage expertise as an acknowledged expert in healthcare and management consulting to develop relative and innovative strategies and achieve results including revenue generation, marketing, and solutions development
  • Provide fundamental expertise and guidance in developing internal processes


  • Business background that enables engagement at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that facilitates management of joint go-to-market efforts and easy interaction with cross-selling opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, product, and technical challenges facing physicians and healthcare, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions using those insights and work cross-organizationally to build consensus
  • Experience identifying and executing important joint ventures, potential M&A targets and other strategic partnership opportunities
  • Ensuring Curi Advisory strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities
  • Developing inclusive planning processes
  • Ability to translate strategies into actionable and quantitative plans
  • Ability to mobilize and manage teams of individuals charged with executing strategies
  • Profound sense of ownership, entrepreneurship, and drive


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in management consulting or industry practitioner role with direct experience leading large client engagements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with client interaction, identifying client’s priority needs for service and support
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing business and technical concepts to all audiences and to create and package related executive-level presentations
  • The ability to manage teams of consultants and work with cross-functional and client-facing teams
  • Experience in project management activities: project plans and estimates and scoping and requirements through implementation, including ensuring delivery of quality outcomes within timelines and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of relevant functions, process flows, systems, and procedures which aid analysis and recommendations for solution offerings
  • Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems
  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, and evaluating and presenting solutions
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Strong client presence
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
  • Ability to perform in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in health-related discipline
