October 25, 2021 4:10 pm COVID-19 Vaccines Curi Updates COVID-19 Vaccine Consent Forms to Reflect Approval of Moderna, Johnson & Johnson Boosters Curi has created a new COVID-19 vaccine booster consent form to reflect the FDA’s emergency use authorization last week of a single booster dose of the Moderna and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccines for people over 65 and certain other high-risk populations.
